Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be pre-approved by UhSoul LLC and received within 7 (seven) business days of authorization of the return. 

Please email the Customer Service Dept. and speak with the Returns Agent for more information. A Return Authorization is required for all returns. 

REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED. UhSoul LLC must receive a returned product before a store credit will be issued. There is a processing fee on returned products. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned products unless shipping costs are waived when the Return Authorization is approved. PLEASE MAKE NOTE AND READ IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION, WHICH ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER AS THESE WILL BE FINAL SALE. We are making the item based on your order and may not be returned for a refund, store credit or exchanged. For all other items, refunds will only be issued if a product arrives undamaged. Otherwise, it is exchange or store credit only. ALL SALE ITEMS, INTIMATE/SWIMWEAR ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
